The model is simple on purpose.
A subscription should cover normal use. Credits exist for work with real variable cost, especially generated media, voice Q&A, source processing, website snapshots, and exports.
What happens when credits run low?
The dashboard and API expose the balance. Agents can request a quote, return a top-up link, and wait for admin approval.
Do included credits roll over?
Included credits reset each subscription cycle. Purchased credits are kept separately and used after included credits.
Can Starter use custom domains and agents?
Yes. Starter gets custom domains and agent access, but not avatar presenter or voice Q&A.
Why keep avatar on Pro?
Avatar generation and voice Q&A are premium, variable-cost features. Pro includes access and a larger monthly credit pool.
